First Day of Trout Season

These are some pictures from the first day of trout season in Pennsylvania. I ended up catching 15 if I remember right. I was able to get a limit of rainbows that were big enuff to keep. Overall the trout were fairly small.

The next two pictures are of my limit of Rainbow Trout. I only caught Rainbows that day.

This is a picture of the biggest one I caught. It is somewhere around ten inches long.

The next two are of some fall fish I caught. I started keeping them this year, and will use them for Raccoon bait in trapping season.

The last three pictures are of a couple Rainbow Trout a friend caught and a bunch of fall fish and chubs that I kept for Raccoon bait. I think I ended up keeping 20-25 fall fish that day.

New York Salmon Trip - 2007

We didn't do nearly as well this year, this is the second day's catch. The first day resulted in only one Brown Trout.

This is Oak Orchard, one of the places we were fishing this year.

This is the only fish I caught. It is a 36" Male King Salmon.
